What you receive
Cleanup Brief
Your Mirror findings identify which people-search platforms hold your profile, which accounts are linked to your identifiers, and which public records are circulating. The Cleanup Brief converts those findings into a platform-by-platform action guide — direct links to privacy settings, account deletion flows, and opt-out pages for each source that surfaced in your report, arranged in order of priority. Not a generic checklist. Built from what we found about you specifically.
Removal Request Pack
For content you don't own or control — a news article, a forum post, an image on a third-party site, a directory listing — removal requires a correctly addressed request submitted to the right contact. The Removal Request Pack contains a pre-drafted communication for each relevant finding: GDPR or CCPA erasure requests addressed to the specific site's data controller, Google de-indexing submissions, forum moderator requests, and image site takedown notices. Each is written to the specific URL, correctly addressed, and ready to send. You send it — we draft it.
What this covers and what it doesn't
- Covers: profiles and accounts you own and can edit or delete yourself
- Covers: third-party content for which a legal removal mechanism exists (GDPR Art. 17, CCPA, DMCA, platform policies)
- Covers: search engine de-indexing requests where the underlying content meets removal criteria
- Does not cover: data broker records — those are handled by The Eraser
- Does not cover: content with no available removal mechanism — we document these and explain why in the Brief

- Work through them at your own pace — any questions on specific findings are covered by the 30-day analyst follow-up included with your Mirror
Data handling
All data is processed under the same policy as your Mirror engagement — case findings deleted within 48 hours of delivery, no retention of personal information after delivery. Data Purge Policy.
