Contact PI Solutions
Send a confidential enquiry. Anonymous enquiries and aliases are accepted — no payment is required to get in touch.
You might reach out if…
- You're about to take a public-facing role, a board seat, or go through an M&A, and want a clean baseline first.
- You received a convincing call or message that suggests someone has done their homework on you — and you want to understand how exposed you are.
- Your name returns something inaccurate, outdated, or hostile in search results, and you want it addressed properly.
- You're a family office, assistant, or adviser acting on behalf of a principal who values discretion.
- You've been through a breach — Odido, or any other — and want to know what's actually exposed, not just that you "may be affected".
- You simply want to know what a capable stranger could assemble about you, before someone else does.
Not sure where you fit? Start with a free Snapshot Scan, or just describe your situation in the form above and we'll tell you. You can also read how we work on the Methodology page.
How we handle what you send
Every enquiry reaches us over encrypted email (ProtonMail), end-to-end. You can write under your real name, an alias, or anonymously — we only need a channel to reply on, and an alias address is genuinely fine.
If no engagement follows, the details you send are deleted within 30 days; case findings are cryptographically erased within 48 hours of delivery, and you can ask us to delete anything you've sent at any time. See our Data Purge Policy and Ethics Code.
What to include
A few lines of context let us reply with something useful rather than a request for more detail:
- Whether the concern is about you, or someone you're responsible for
- What prompted you to get in touch — a breach notice, a specific message, a transaction, or a general review
- Roughly how urgent it is
- Any constraint we should know about — jurisdiction, visibility, sensitivity
You don't need to resolve any of this first. If you're unsure what you need, describe the situation and we'll suggest the right scope.
How we work — and what we don't
We work only from first-party and lawful, publicly available sources, and only with your consent. We don't access private accounts, intercept communications, or obtain anything unlawfully. An enquiry commits you to nothing — no investigation begins, and no name is looked up, until written consent is in place.
We're also not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local authorities first — then reach out to us for the privacy and exposure work that follows.
Time-sensitive — active harassment, impersonation, or a live threat? Say so in your message and we'll prioritise it.
